remember that guy, john young, who spent about 90 years with nasa? well he did some math, which i am sure he is good at, and he figured that your chances of dying on a space shuttle flight are about one in 175.
actually it was easy math. he just counted how many space shuttle flights there were, added with how many accidents there were (two) and came up with that result.
so if you are an astronaut, just make sure you are not on a space shuttle flight that multiplies by 175.
